Appellant submitted to chemical testing under the implied consent statute, Minn. Stat. § 169.123(2) (Supp.1983), and the test results indicated an alcohol concentration of 0.10 or more. Her drivers license was revoked under Minn.Stat. § 169.123(4) (Supp.1983). Appellant petitioned for judicial review of the revocation under Minn. Stat. § 169.123(5c) (Supp.1983).
