Baskin brought this action to recover for personal injuries which allegedly occurred when the automobile in which she was a passenger was struck from the rear by a vehicle being driven by Jones. The case was tried by jury, and a defendant's verdict was returned. On appeal Baskin contends the verdict was contrary to law. She asserts that Jones was negligent as a matter of law. Jones responds that the issue of his negligence was properly for the jury...
