The defendant was indicted for unlawfully retaining stolen firearms (RSA 637:11, I(b)). After a jury trial in Superior Court (Souter, J.), he was found guilty. Before trial, the defendant moved to suppress certain statements and physical evidence gathered as a result of those statements.
