This is an appeal from a decision by the trial court denying plaintiff, Henry B. Dejoie, Sr., a preliminary injunction and dismissing a temporary restraining order previously granted against Vivian Roussell and The Louisiana Weekly Publishing Company [Louisiana Weekly].
