In a suit for injurious falsehood and invasion of privacy tried to a jury, a verdict on each of six counts in the complaint was returned for the plaintiff. After the defendants filed a motion to set aside the verdicts and a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdicts, the court set aside the verdicts concerning two counts for injurious falsehood and rendered judgment for the defendants on those two counts.
