PER CURIAM.

Defendant pled no contest to charges of second-degree murder, MCL 750.317; MSA 28.549, assault with intent to murder, MCL 750.83; MSA 28.278, and felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). The trial court sentenced him to concurrent prison terms of 30 to 60 years for the murder conviction and 20 to 60 years for the assault conviction, and the mandatory, consecutive two-year term for felony-firearm. Defendant appeals as of right, raising three issues...
