This is a landlord-tenant case involving: (1) a violation of the Wisconsin Administrative Code, sec. Ag 134.06, return of security deposit by a landlord, and (2) damages to the premises and a violation of sec. 704.19(3), Stats., notice prior to termination of the lease by the tenant. The issue presented concerns the appropriateness of and the manner of calculating damages, costs and attorneys fees under sec. 100.20(5), Stats.1
