Presently before this court are the preliminary objections of the additional defendant, G. D. Searle and Company (Searle), and the response of defendant Whan S. Chung, M.D. (Dr. Chung). This court sustains the preliminary objections and dismisses the complaint of Dr. Chung, for the reasons stated below.
