Terry Simpson and Alex Armstead were charged by Bill of Information with two counts of simple burglary of an automobile and one count of illegal possession of stolen property. Both defendants pleaded not guilty to all counts. A jury found them guilty of one of the two counts of simple burglary and guilty of illegal possession of stolen property.
