Defendant Simmie Lee Hardin appeals from his conviction and sentences for kidnapping and sexual abuse in the first degree. He alleges that the trial court erred (1) in overruling his motion to suppress evidence obtained following a warrantless arrest in his residence, and (2) in instructing the jury incorrectly on confinement or removal as an element of the kidnapping offense.
