Appellees, Celia and Milton Giesenschlag, sued appellant, Canal Insurance Company (Canal), sole insurer of Yellow Cab of Naples (Yellow Cab), for declaratory relief, alleging that Celia Giesenschlag was injured when struck by a vehicle owned by Yellow Cab.
