This is an appeal in a proceeding under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act. Plaintiff-appellant, Virginia Paris, was an employee of defendant J.A. Baldwin Manufacturing Company. Defendant Maryland Casualty Company was Baldwin's compensation insurance carrier. The two defendants are hereinafter referred to collectively as Baldwin.
