The defendant, Edward Monroe Morton, Jr., was convicted by a jury of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and, in accordance with the jury's verdict, was sentenced to serve twenty years in prison and to pay a $25,000 fine. He seeks reversal on the ground that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence tape recordings of intercepted telephone conversations relating to other crimes. Finding no error in the trial court's action, we will affirm...
