Plaintiffs herein move to amend the complaint as to the fifth cause of action. As a result of the recent Court of Appeals decision of Bovsun v Sanperi (61 N.Y.2d 219) plaintiffs move to include as part of their damages injuries suffered by the infant mother's shock and fright resulting from the consequential observation of a serious physical injury her daughter sustained.
