In this appeal we must consider whether there is substantial evidence in the record as a whole to support the decision of respondent Iowa Department of Job Service disqualifying petitioner from receiving unemployment benefits. The disqualification was based on petitioner's alleged misconduct arising out of her record of persistent absences and tardiness which led to her discharge by her employer.
