This lawsuit evolves from an agreement entered into by plaintiff Strout Realty and the defendant whereby Strout Realty agreed to list and attempt to sell the Belvedere Plantation near Wilmington, North Carolina. In the complaint, plaintiffs Strout Realty and its agent Brown, a licensed real estate broker, alleged that due to their efforts the property in question was sold to United States Development Corporation for $1,900,000.00 thereby entitling plaintiffs...
