The defendant, Raymond G. Pringle, a/k/a Raymond G. Thomas, was 16 years old at the time of the instant offenses. The defendant was charged by bill of information with Aggravated Burglary in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:60 and with Attempted Aggravated Rape in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and 14:27.
