The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has appealed from the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County which, after receiving additional evidence in a court hearing, vacated a ten-day suspension which the board had issued against the Flintlock Inn, a bar owned and operated by appellees, the Dobrinoffs.
