DECKER, J.

Kevin Richards (Richards) appeals from a judgment convicting him of false imprisonment and aggravated battery and from an order denying his post-conviction motion for a new trial. On appeal, Richards challenges only the aggravated battery conviction and argues that the jury should have been instructed on simple battery and intermediate battery as lesser included offenses. We cannot agree with this contention...
