Morse, after a jury trial in Superior Court (Nadeau, J.), was convicted on charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault, RSA 632-A:2 (Supp. 1983), kidnapping, RSA 633:1, and first degree assault, RSA 631:1 (Supp. 1983).
