HALL, Judge.

The defendant, Kenneth R. Daley, appeals his conviction and sentence for Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance, cocaine, contrary to the provisions of LSA-R.S. 40:967. The defendant was sentenced to serve 18 months at hard labor. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement with the state, the defendant pled guilty to possession of cocaine, reserving his right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress under the authority...
