Freddie Lee Wilson appeals the rejection of his demand for acceleration of worker's compensation benefits under LSA-R.S. 23:1333. We affirm.

Plaintiff-appellant was seriously injured by a falling tree on August 19, 1980, during the course and scope of his employment. His injuries left him totally and permanently disabled.
