In this chapter 11 proceeding, both the debtors and the North Central Kansas Production Credit Association (PCA) have filed disclosure statements and plans. PCA's plan is one of complete liquidation. The debtors, who are farmers, announced that at the appropriate time they will object to being liquidated in the chapter 11 proceeding.
