Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss the cross-appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The issue presented is the timeliness of the filing of a notice of cross-appeal where the cross-appellant first gave notice of entry of judgment. By giving notice of entry of judgment, the cross-appellant reduced the time to cross-appeal from the ninety to forty-five days from entry of judgment or thirty days from notice of appeal, and cross-appealed too late.
