HATHAWAY, Judge.

The state has brought this special action from the trial court's denial of its motion to preclude post-hypnotic testimony by the real party in interest, an order precluding any testimony with regard to hypnosis, and the denial of the state's request for a continuance of the trial to allow for an interview of the hypnotist involved. Additionally, the state also seeks special action relief from an order issued by the respondent court...
