The City of Bloomer appeals a judgment declaring property owned by St. John's Lutheran Church and St. John's Lutheran Foundation, Inc. (St. John's), exempt from all general property taxes under sec. 70.11(4), Stats., and allowing St. John's to recover all the taxes it paid under protest, plus interest and costs.
