This is an appeal by appellant, Sears, Roebuck & Company, from an order of the trial court which denied appellant's "PETITION TO OPEN DEFAULT JUDGMENT". We must reverse and remand for the reasons herein stated.

The dispute in this case arose initially from a complaint in assumpsit and trespass which was filed on February 10, 1981, by appellee-plaintiff, Blanche Steinberg, against appellant-defendant, Sears, Roebuck & Company, and appellee...
