Appellants, residuary heirs under the will of Della E. Koenigsmark, appeal a judgment dismissing their petition objecting to the personal representative's general inventory. The matter was tried to the court without a jury. The trial court granted a motion to dismiss at the end of appellants' case. Appellants contend that the trial court should have considered the evidence in the light most favorable to the party against
