Harwei, Inc., doing business as Precision Transmission (Precision), and David Harris each were found guilty of two charges1 of theft, a class D felony.2 Precision was fined $2500 on each charge.3 Harris was fined $1000 on each charge and sentenced to two (2) years on each charge,4
