This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals1 reversing an order of the circuit court for Dane county, Mark A. Frankel, circuit judge, following a preliminary examination, which dismissed the action for lack of probable cause to support a bindover on the charge of arson to a building.2 We affirm the court of appeals decision.
