The issues raised in these consolidated cases arise out of the defendants' convictions for attempted escape from the New Hampshire State Prison. Following a jury trial in Superior Court (Souter, J.), the defendants were convicted of attempted escape. RSA 629:1, RSA 642:6. On appeal, the defendants claim several errors by the trial court. We find no error and affirm the defendants' convictions.
