This is an action brought by Federal National Mortgage Association to obtain the proceeds of a homeowner's insurance policy allegedly due Federal under a loss payable clause. The mortgagors, Terry Lane Gaughf and Gloria Burch Gaughf, intervened, claiming the proceeds.
