G. WILLIAM BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.

Marion National Bank has alleged nondischargeability of a debt due and owing on a loan procured by debtor herein. The claim of nondischargeability is premised on 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A), (B), and § 523(a)(6).
