The Funeral Directors and Embalmers Examining Board appeals from the trial court's order vacating the board's decision suspending Calvin Monroe's license to practice as a funeral director and embalmer. We conclude that the record supports the board's ultimate findings of charges of gross negligence and offensive and obnoxious behavior. We therefore reverse the trial court's decision.
