On petition of his father, Larry B. was adjudicated a "child in need of services" (CHINS) pursuant to RSA chapter 169-D (Supp. 1983), in the Milford District Court (Lizotte, J.) on February 22, 1983. The court ordered the New Hampshire Division of Welfare to place Larry B. at the DeSisto School in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, "pursuant to the provisions of RSA 170-A."
