NIMMONS, Judge.

Williams was convicted of lewd, lascivious or indecent assault upon a child less than 14 years of age under Section 800.04, Florida Statutes (1983).

He claims that he was entitled to a mistrial when, on cross-examination by defense counsel, a state witness mentioned that the defendant had been in prison at some time during the preceding four years. We find no error inasmuch as the witness' testimony was responsive to a defense question. See...
