CRIPPEN, Judge.

Defendant appeals denial of his petition for post-conviction relief affecting a May 1982 conviction for manslaughter in the first degree, Minn.Stat. § 609.20 (1982). The offense included use of a weapon requiring a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment, Minn.Stat. § 609.11(4) (1982). He contends the evidence was insufficient to establish he did not act in self-defense and he asserts the trial court committed reversible...
