Defendant Floyd Emsley Williamson was convicted, on a jury's verdicts, of two counts of rape in violation of Penal Code section 261, subdivision (2), and one count of oral copulation in violation of Penal Code section 288a, subdivision (c). The alleged victim was one Kim, 17 years of age.
