Joe Nelson Lester was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, laying drags, and attempting to elude a police officer on September 17, 1983. He was convicted in the State Court of Clarke County on January 25, 1984 of driving under the influence and attempting to elude an officer. He was fined $800 and sentenced to twelve months probation and eighty hours of community service. On appeal, he raises nine enumerations of error. Finding no error...
