Dr. Ivan Frantz (Frantz) appeals from an order allowing Imperial Casualty and Indemnity Co. (Imperial) to deposit with the trial court a check representing the limits of Frantz' liability coverage thereby relieving Imperial of its prospective defense of a claim made against Frantz, and dismissing Imperial from the lawsuit.
