Cable Atlanta, Inc. failed to answer garnishment proceedings and Georgia-Quebec Associates, Ltd. obtained a default judgment against it. Cable Atlanta filed a motion for relief from default, paid costs, and filed an affidavit stating it was not indebted to the defendant.
