Benson, an employee of the appellee Barnes & Barnes Trucking (employer), appeals from an order entered by a three-judge panel of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court which, on rehearing, reversed an earlier award entered by a single judge of the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Court.
