These three actions were brought to determine the amount and priority of respondent's mortgage and appellants' mechanic's liens. The actions were bifurcated for trial on the issues of priority and amounts of the liens. After a hearing on the priority issue, the trial court issued findings of fact and conclusions of law setting appellants' mechanic's liens ahead of respondent's mortgage.
