CRAIN, Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment of the trial court based upon a jury verdict which dismissed plaintiff's suit. The judgment assessed jury costs against defendants Monroe Nelson (Nelson), J.T. Howell (Howell) and Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, (Southern). These parties appealed. Plaintiff appealed and answered the appeal asking for a reversal of the jury verdict against him.
