Petitioner John J. Morehouse seeks review of the order of respondent Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (Board) denying reconsideration of the findings and order of the workers' compensation judge disallowing benefits to Morehouse for alleged discriminatory acts by respondent Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) under Labor Code section 132a.
