GIERKE, Justice.

Mark W. Dorendorf appeals from a judgment of the County Court of McKenzie County dated May 31, 1984, which convicted him of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of § 39-08-01(1)(a) of the North Dakota Century Code. We affirm.
