ORDER
This cause is before the Court upon the Petition of the defendant for a Writ of Certiorari to review the Order of the Court of Appeals dated 19 December 1983, denying defendant's motion for a new trial; and this Court, being of the opinion that the motion for a new trial should be allowed;
