Appellant was convicted of possession of cocaine (OCGA §§ 16-13-26 (1) (D), 16-13-30 (a) (c)) and possession with the intent to distribute more than one ounce of marijuana (OCGA § 16-13-30 (j) (1)). In his appeal, appellant enumerates two errors, both of which pertain to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his home pursuant to search warrant and from his person, and the admission of that evidence...
