Plaintiff instituted this action to recover damages allegedly sustained by virtue of defendant's deliberate concealment of material facts pertaining to latent defects in certain residential premises. The principle thrust of plaintiff's claim was that defendant sold her a house without providing information regarding significant structural problems which substantially impaired its value.
