In this original jurisdiction proceeding, we are asked to set some standards regarding preadjudication detention of juveniles who have committed acts which would be crimes if they were adults. This case involves two juveniles ages seven and nine who were confined in a secure detention facility to await the disposition of delinquency proceedings.
